4s battle to the very end and 3s turn over massive Sheppey side

On a glorious day for rugby the club again put out 4 sides with subs, with the 3s and 4s both at home.

Due to injuries, holidays etc, a lot of 3/4s had to step up and support the 1/2s, particularly in the front rows. The severely depleted 4s had to manage with a tighthead who had only played 3 games and a loose head who had never played loose head… against a BIG OGs pack!

Rugby was the winner but all credit to captain Benny for getting a 4s side out who battled to the very end.

The 3s had a decisive home win vs the usual BIG Sheppey side, 55- 5.

MotM could have gone to many but went to Liam for a big shift. Big shout out to the make shift and inexperienced front row - Mayhem (not a prop), James Willis (only played 3 games) and Ian Titmus, who stepped up against one of the heaviest front rows in the county, and didn't take a backwards step.

Social rugby is alive and well at the G’s!
